Zero expenses photovoltaic

We have already told you about the ESCo, Energy Service Company. Today we will focus on the possibility of installing a system photovoltaic to zero expenses. How is such a thing possible? Thanks to incentives, tax breaks, energy efficiency and the work of the E.S.Co.

The goal of an ESCo is to maximize the energy saving and economic of its client. The first intervention is implemented on the energy consumption, energy expenditure is reduced above all thanks to the installation of photovoltaic systems, in addition to the use of low-consumption electrical equipment (see LED lighting).

Why do we talk about Photovoltaic to zero expenses?
This definition arises from the fact that the E.S.Co., in general, not they have direct costs on the customer. An Energy Service Company manages all phases of the intervention, from the analysis to the design of the works, without excluding the implementation of the project and the monitoring of the results obtained. Then the client will have to bear the expenses for the plant photovoltaic?
No, the ESCo can finance the project by then drawing its profit from the share of energy and economic savings obtained by the customer following the interventions carried out.

The timing of the economic redemption of the investments of an ESCo is proportional to the savings obtained; it follows that if the customer has commissioned interventions on a highly energy-intensive production reality, the ESCo will recover the investments made in a short time and the client will benefit immediately from the intervention.

Free photovoltaic. How do ESCOs work?
First of all we proceed with one energy assessment of the building where the intervention is required. After the preliminary diagnosis, the best possible solutions are drawn up, based on energy needs, sun exposure and other factors. The second step consists in designing and raising capital to then make the investment. The realization of the project is not the final phase, after setting up theplant, there will be a monitoring phase in order to keep consumption, performance and i costs. The company will also take care of the maintenance and management of the set up system.
