Delicious courgette rolls, the ingredients for 4 people
12 slices of zucchini
100 grams of rabiola or other spreadable cheese (stracchino, philadelphia ...)
40 grams of raw ham
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the zucchini in order to obtain 12 slices with a thickness of about 3 mm. Place a little salt on a cast iron grill (or other non-stick material) and let it heat up. Arrange the slices of zucchini on the grill and cook about 1-2 minutes on each side.
In a bowl, prepare the deli filling rolls mixing the finely chopped raw ham with the other ingredients. The cream that you will get must be spread on the slices of zucchini only when these have cooled down. Roll up the zucchini themselves and arrange them on a serving dish to garnish with chives.
