1 red pepper

  1. Cook the rice in salted water and drain when al dente, passing it under cold water to stop cooking

  8. Let it cook over low heat for 15 minutes
  9. After cooking, pour the contents into a fairly large bowl and add the rice, ricotta, grated cheese, raisins, pine nuts, crumbs made into small pieces and a little pepper
  10. Turn everything well until you get an amalgamated mixture, put in the fridge and leave for at least 1 hour
  11. After the time has passed, take the mixture out of the fridge, stir again then take the peppers and fill them with the mixture
