4 tablespoons of bechamel

Potato omelette, the preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces

  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs well and add a pinch of pepper
  5. Add the beaten eggs together with the mashed potatoes and mix well with a spoon
  6. Add the béchamel, grated cheese, leerdammer cut into small pieces and flour
  7. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mixture
  8. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil
  9. Let the omelette cook for at least 5 minutes then turn with the help of a lid and let it cook for another 4 minutes

  11. Serve the potato omelette warm or cold

Variant: the potato omelette it can also be baked in the oven. In this case it will be sufficient to pour the mixture into a greased pan and put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
