  3. Being organic, i.e. ensuring that no fertilizer, herbicides and chemical pesticides have been used in the cultivation. It is a fundamental factor given that these elements are soluble in fat substances, and therefore in non-organic products they end up in the raw product.

Linseed oil, useful information for use in the kitchen

  • It should be kept in a cool place, preferably in the fridge
  • It can be stored for a maximum of a couple of months
  • Side effects associated with taking thelinseed oil such as diarrhea, gas, nausea and stomach pain. Therefore it is advisable to consult a doctor before taking linseed oil.
