Diet of the ecological niche


A diet it does not correspond to a diet based on restriction. You can lose weight by eating and you can do it even better, if you respect your own ecological niche of belonging so as to live in full harmony with the environment.

The way of life that characterizes each species takes the name of "ecological niche". It is essential for every animal or man to live in respect for one's own ecological niche; nutritional problems arise from the distancing of man from his specification ecological niche: our body is an ecological system based on particular balances. There ecological niche diet it is characterized by a series of eating habits that help the body find the right rhythm of its vital functions by regaining the ideal weight without too many sacrifices and preserving the psychophysical balance. Furthermore the ecological diet reflects principles of great balance, it does not subject the user to stress due to always the same portions because it is varied and imaginative.

The key points of this diet are based on the natural needs of man in his ecological niche and I'm:
physical movement with at least 40 minutes a day, which serve to support the biorhythm, perhaps in the open air, with natural light.
Foods must be chosen on the basis of natural criteria: no additives, no added sugars, preferably from organic farming.
The meal should start with raw vegetables and some protein.
Vegetables: must be eaten raw and in abundance, but also cooked with less abundant portions than raw.
Proteins: should be taken daily and always associated with physical activity. Protein is found in foods such as eggs, lean meat, fish and cheese, to alternate.
Polyunsaturated fats: they must be introduced every day, because they are rich in omega 6 and omega 3. 5-6 almonds, 2-3 walnuts with beneficial properties or, alternatively, a tablespoon of flax seeds are enough.
Water: very important, you must drink at least 1.5 or 2 liters a day and if you do not have pathologies such as hypertension or liver problems, you can drink a glass of red wine during the meal.
Salt: prefer the iodized one and in moderate quantities. Maybe replace it with spices that can help you increase your metabolism. The most common spices are: bay leaf, basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, fennel, which purify the body and flavor the food, making it tasty and invigorating for the body.
Eat as much fruit as possible, fewer legumes and whole grains which still contain starches and sugars, even if in lower quantities than refined grains, such as bread, pasta and white rice. We must be careful ofglycemic index of foods, or the sugar present in food that pours into our blood that makes you fat and satiates only for a short time.

Here is a food scheme with theirs glycemic index. It is preferable to eat low-calorie foods glycemic index, especially if you want lose weight in absolute well-being and in an ecological way:
Glycemic index 0: meat, fish, eggs, aged cheeses, oils and fats (rich in lipids, therefore not recommended for low-calorie diet).
Glycemic index up to 35: fresh milk and dairy products, legumes (beans, lentils and chickpeas), green beans, fresh fruit, black chocolate, wild rice.
Glycemic index up to 50: wholemeal bread, wholemeal pasta al dente, wholemeal rice al dente, peas, kiwi, grapes, rye bread, whole grains with no added sugar.
Glycemic index up to and over 70, absolutely to be avoided: white bread, milk, overcooked pasta, white rice, corn flakes, baked and fried potatoes, dates, sugar, sweets, milk chocolate, ice cream, soft drinks and beer.
For the diet make two main meals and two snacks mid-morning and mid-afternoon, maximum 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil for dressing, avoid pasta and bread together.
Follow a diet of this type means choosing natural foods, refusing artificial nutrition that has evolved in the modern era, where complex sugars, refined flours, salt, fried foods prevail. It means being healthier and giving your body a gift.

Ecology niche and environmental harmony: it is clear that if we feed on industrially produced meat and animal derivatives, we are deviating from our natural ecological niche; it is also true that we cannot feed on hunting and fishing but fortunately the market of biological offers us a fair compromise.
